A. How to place an order?
1. Please send us the following information thru our FB Messenger:
1a. Earring Name and Collection you chose from our Collections
1b. Shipping Address complete with Zipcode (Option: Pick-up at Store for Free)
Note: You may check on the website's cart page the approximate shipping fee, just key in your Address.
2. Once we received your order thru FB Messenger, we will send you a message confirmation of the total price. You can pay thru Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
3. An acknowledgment receipt of payment shall be sent to you once we received your payment. The product will be shipped within 3-5 days.
4. We will send you a Tracking Number once we have shipped the items.
B. Can we pay thru credit card/debit card?
Unfortunately, we don't have the capability to accept payment directly thru your debit card or your credit card. We can accept online payment only thru Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
C. Do you have a physical store?
You can check out Magnificence by Mely-Alterations in Black Mountain, North Carolina. We have our mini-display in her shop. You can buy directly there so you don't have to pay shipping fee.
